Why can't Cute Password Manager save login information automatically sometimes?
Here are some reasons why the Cute Password Manager InfoCard dialogue box does not automatically pop-up:
1. The user is not logged in to CPM. If the user is not logged in, try to sign-in CPM first.

Why do my InfoCards not respond when I click on them?
Please close all browser instances then restart CPM. If required, please use the Windows Task Manager to close all IEXPLORE.exe processes. InfoCards do not respond when there is a hanging browser process.
